About this course

Resilience is the quality that allows some people to be knocked down by life and come back stronger than ever, where others may stay down. Rather than letting failure overcome them and drain their resolve, they find a way to rise from the ashes. This course will help you recognise what causes stress, how to think about stress, how to manage it and how to master it. By the end, you will have a plan to ensure total physical and mental resilience to deal with the tough times you will face building a business.
