Job Description

Teddytime is a medium size company based in Morningside (near the train station). We have an office / warehouse team of around 15 people, we operate a multi-cultural, positive, relaxed environment. We like staff to be comfortable & happy in their work & role & strive towards this.

An opportunity has arisen in Customer Service / Reception. The role involves phone communication with clients that call in, taking orders & resolving issues. Invoicing & general office work. Some light warehouse duties may also be involved. The role is varied & interesting.

Seeking a person with the following skills. A positive communicator, a good listener, reliable, good attention to detail, a team player, stable happy disposition, intelligent and a problem solving thinker. You will be able to work 40 hours per week from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

While experience in this area is not required, it would be valued. Experience showing reliability & a good work ethic are important for us.
