Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity for the New Year? If so this may be the role for you!

** Must be fully qualified and registered **

We have recently taken over ownership of an already established centre in Henderson Valley and we seek a motivated team leader. We have a raft of exciting changes happening to the centre which are almost complete and the staff are loving the new environment as is the local community with 25 new enrolments last week alone.

We are passionate about building environments that are rich, vibrant learning settings to support children’s learning dispositions. We see knowledge as a process: it is a way of finding out; it is a way of building understanding. This learning can occur over a long period so we create time for children to investigate.

We value working together with families and sharing children’s achievements through writing Learning Stories. In working together in this way we are able to celebrate the rich cultural diversity of our learning community.

In a 21st century world that is full of surprises and uncertainty, as change is exponentially thrust upon us, the work at our centre is based on a view that successful learners will be those who see the world as a place full of possibility.
