HRIS Implementation Contract

Job Description

Our client is a small NZ operated business who are spread nationally. Their head office is based in Wellington and the company employs 100 staff across the country.

* Two month contract role starting late January 2019
* Wellington CBD location
* HRIS and SharePoint experience preferred

They are in the midst of changing HR systems with the implementation of a new HRIS as well as working through a business-wide implementation of SharePoint. To assist with this project, we seek a temporary staff member to work with the HR team and support with mapping the workflow and setting up the system with electronic templates and employee files. Ideally you will have good systems experience ideally within an HRIS.

We have been asked to find someone confident to manage the following responsibilities:

* Copying workflow and creating this digitally
* Process mapping, design and improvement
* Setting up the system and database structure
* Writing guides for end users
* Be comfortable using an HRIS and SharePoint software

Importantly, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage at all levels within the organisation and any external parties.

This assignment requires someone who can start late January, give a commitment for at least two months with the flexibility to extend the assignment if the project runs over time.
