We are recruiting our future leaders and managers in this role. These individuals will play key role in achieving company’s vision of being a market leader. You will be responsible for building business success by identifying, qualifying and selling to prospects. In addition to the actual sales, senior sales executives will also take the lead on managing relationships with client accounts, mentoring newly recruited sales team members and advise poorly performing members. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.



The Role:
• Strong proven history in cold calling, retail and door to door sales
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced sale representatives and assist in trainings regarding effective delivery solutions
• Achieve consistent sales over time, even in periods of change in consumer interest
• Study sales volume and industry trends to understand how to best penetrate the market and gain customer interest and customer acquisition
• Work quickly to solve customer complaints to retain business, and build the company’s reputation
• Regularly visit existing customers to maintain professional business relations,research, cold call by door knocking to identify potential customers and to find out their needs
• Encourage team work within the sales team and be an example to other sales professionals
• Maintain integrity and honesty, and deal ethically with consumers no matter the situation
• Promptly submit orders and follow-through to ensure customer requests are honoured
• Stay current with industry trends, monitor competition, and learn merchandising techniques to improve performance
About You:
• A clean New Zealand driver’s license
• Having your own car will be advantageous
• A great enthusiasm and passion for people and sales
• Level 7 qualification in business, sales, marketing, IT or related field preferred
• Customer service experience highly preferred
• Competent presentation skills
• Ability to negotiate fairly and learn about various products, and display and share this knowledge in a confident manner
• Possess a passion for finding and selling to new customers
• Have an understanding of business relationships and how to develop healthy client relations
• Possess a determination to meet and exceed sales goals
• Ability to motivate and encourage other salespeople with enthusiasm
• Retain a track record of success in closing sales and delivering quality product
• Have a willingness to follow through to see that every customer receives their product and is satisfied with the outcome
• Computer Literacy in MS office and usage of Internet and mobile devises is a must

Remuneration: Minimum $20.00/hour Plus for deserving candidate & performance bonuses. Well performing candidates have a potential of uncapped earnings.

Experience:
• Sales: 2-3 years of proven experience in door to door to sales position
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• Command on spoken and written English (Required)
• Knowledge of spoken Maori, Samoan, Tongan and others will be advantageous.
