Job Description

If you enjoy being on the phone, love organising appointments, creating order and processes and are great at keeping you and others to deadlines - we would love to hear from you.

We are proud, at GreenStar Energy to employ in our teams well trained and experienced people…but we need more! We need experienced customer service professionals to help us cope with all the fabulous customer orders we have coming through.

We are looking for:

*2+ years experience in Customer Service Centre or in a Operations Co-ordinating position
*Good understanding of customer base
*Great organisation and time management skills
*Accurate data entry skills and a high attention to detail
*Good written and oral English communication skills
*Understanding of co-ordinating processes and lead times
*Passion for Customer Service excellence
