Job Description

We are a 4 year old fast-growing software company and we're looking for a bright, happy, positive, AMAZING person to join our team in a newly created role.

You'll need to:
* Be an excellent communicator over email and our in-app chat support
* Have the confidence to support and ask questions of customers during online screenshare meetings
* Be able to order and prioritise the needs of customers
* Have skills in troubleshooting and listening
* Have used techology such as Word, Excel, CRM systems (we happen to use Hubspot), InDesign, Photoshop (or similar). Premiere Pro would be a bonus (for being able to edit help videos).
* Avid attention to detail
* Be on the ball!
