About the Role

If you have been thinking of a career in security, this is an excellent time to join FIRST Security. We are currently looking for Static/Field Officers to join our team in Taranaki Region. You will be responsible for ensuring our monitoring equipment is correctly installed, attend to site checks and alarm call outs. This is an exciting role where no 2 days will be the same. You will be our first point of contact for any alarm activations and liaise with our office support team to ensure issues are managed efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you need to bring:

• High level of communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Clean NZ full Driver’s license
• Available to do rotating rostered shifts (may include days, night and/or weekends)
• Problem solving skills
• A current or ability to obtain a Certificate of Approval
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions Check
