The Job: We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative to take inbound calls and provide support to Japanese customers regarding photography products such as camera's and accessories. Promoting customer satisfaction and problem solving are a big part of the role.

To stand out from the rest, you will have relevant technical experience, a passion for photography or just generally be a tech guru! Their customers are people with a passion for adventure. To excel in the role you will need similar enthusiasm and the knowledge to be able to suggest the right products and help with any technical queries.

Full training will be provided in customer care, product and technical training.

Hours: Contact centre operates on a 24/7 rotational roster. These shifts usually fall between 12.00pm and 9:30pm Monday - Friday, but may in the future move to the 24/7 roster.

Start Date: ASAP!

Experience Needed:

* Fluent Japanese speakers
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Experience in customer service in either contact centres, retail or hospitality
* Ability to handle technical customer queries
* Interest and knowledge in photography or travel
* Computer savvy and technical-minded
* Positive attitude - willingness to get stuck in and do what's best for the customer
