Diving Team Leader

Reporting to Sub-sea Manager, and working alongside another Field Team, Team Leader, in this role you will lead a team of Divers to ensure the smooth, and safe, running of field team operations. You will be responsible for planning all activities of the team reporting to you, which will involve maintaining accurate dive records, and monitoring all aspects of diving and associated tasks. With you and your team being involved in predator net installation, seafarm infrastructure maintenance, sea floor reporting and mortality recovery, you will need to build strong relationships, and work closely with our Seafarm Managers and Team Leaders.

Being a qualified Diver, you will understand the Occupational Diving Standards required for undertaking this work, and will take a proactive approach to creating a safe working culture. With strong organisational and planning skills, you will ensure the smooth running of daily activities, while also focusing on future requirements. You will be involved with all areas of team engagement, from recruitment, to training and developing, and with proven leadership qualities will understand the importance of establishing a collaborative team environment.
