Recruitment Consultant – Charity Fundraising

Fundamental Worldwide are one of New Zealand and Australia’s leading charity fundraising industries and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment consultant to join our team. This a hugely exciting opportunity for the right candidate!

You be managing the candidate process from point of application through to hire for New Zealand’s charity fundraising teams, supporting the National Fundraising Manager with an on-going need to hire in alignment with growth goals and an ever-growing charity client base.

We are looking for people who want to make a different in this world, and have the skills needed to engage members of the public to sign up as regular givers to charities – and to find them we need you. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to branch into a national recruitment consultant role - recruiting candidates across New Zealand for a roaming fundraising team who visit different locations throughout the continent signing up members of the public to donate to charity organisations on a monthly basis.

To apply for this role:

You will be a self-sufficient recruitment consultant, reporting into the Head of Recruitment based in Sydney Australia and supporting New Zealand’s National Fundraising Manager with an on-going need to hire staff.

You must have minimum experience of 2 years’ experience within the recruitment space to apply for this role with references.

Alternately, if you have 2+ years’ experience as a face to face fundraiser or team leader plus 6 months + experience within face to face recruitment you can also apply for this role!
