Our agricultural matting products are well known in the Dairy, Equine, and Deer industries and our recreational products have been used in some of New Zealand’s most prominent playground projects including Anderson Park in Napier and Margaret Mahy Family Park in Christchurch.

We are looking for a customer-focused, creative, problem-solver to join our team in the Customer Service / Marketing Assistant role.

About the role

As the friendly face of Numat, you’ll be responsible for answering the phones and helping our customers get what they need. When you’re not speaking to customers, you’ll be working closely with the marketing executive on the company’s promotions and campaigns. This will include updating social media, creating promotional email campaigns, creating online advertising, and preparing presentations. Your work may also include preparing proposals, running reports, conducting research, and a variety of other duties as assigned by the marketing executive.
