Client Services Manager - Nelson

FIRST Security Guard Services Ltd is a proud member of the Wilson Security Group. Wilson Security is one of Australasia's largest and most experienced Security organisations specialising in all aspects of Security Services.

Based at our Nelson Branch the Client Services Manager will lead our team of frontline Security Officers and manage our key client relationship within the Nelson and Marlborough regions.

The role entails end to end service delivery, from customer engagement through to operational execution. This is an exciting role where you will lead a small team of security officers in a region with huge potential for growth.

To be successful in this role you will need:

* Experience in contract negotiation and/or business development will be essential for your success in this role.
* Previous people management experience will also be handy
* Strong client/customer services experience
* Full NZ Driver's license
* A current / ability to obtain a Certificate of Approval
* NZ Citizen or NZ Resident
