This successful recruitment agency is well known for providing end to end recruitment services to well established businesses across Auckland for the last 30 years. Due to geninue reasons they are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to be a part of their close knit team.

About the role:

The role reports to the Director. Hours of work are Mon - Fri 8.30am -5.30pm. You will be responsible for writing creative job ads, phone screening and interviewing potential candidates, prepare CVs and complete employment references. You will also take ownership of a warm base of existing clients as well as the business development function (full training provided).

About you:

* Ideally a tertiary qualification
* Great communication and organisational skills
* Flexible can do attitude
* Motivated and self driven
