About the role

This newly created role within our People and Culture team would suit an experienced HR Advisor ready to support the People and Culture Director in a range of employee related tasks and initiatives.

If you’re an admin-savvy people guru with strong generalist experience and a natural passion for enhancing the employee experience keep reading.

Your role in a nutshell includes:

Basic ER related queries and advisory level support to key internal stakeholders
implementation of HR activities, processes and programmes
HR project work e.g. NZ immigration accreditation, surveys
HR administration and documentation e.g. policy creation and management
Talent Acquisition, end to end
Supporting social initiatives i.e. employee engagement and well being
Supporting wider P&C team when required – e.g. on boarding and L&D
HR Systems (HRIS system administration, analytics and reporting)
Health and Safety

About You

You will be a dedicated team player demonstrating willingness to be flexible and provide support to others with high levels of enthusiasm and respect.

To be considered for this role you will bring with you:

At least 3 years’ proven experience as an HR Advisor
2+ years recruitment experience
Workday (HRIS) experience would be a big plus
Experience in driving culture and engagement advantageous
Basic ER experience and knowledge of current employment law
Strong administration skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to challenge and influence key internal stakeholders
Strong team focus where priority is given to achieving collective results
