Our client is a well-established Onehunga based organisation, who are currently going through some very exciting times.
With a recent re-brand, they are now looking for a People and Capability Advisor. This is a brand new role giving you the opportunity to really make your mark, whilst having the backing of established processes and a supportive remote manager.
Based at their site in Onehunga, this role will see you looking after the HR function for offices and depots within the upper North Island - therefore the ability to travel at short notice is essential.
Whilst you are the sole HR Advisor in Auckland, you'll have continuous and regular contact with the People and Capability Manager in Wellington, as well as support from a team of Auckland based managers and staff.
Key requirements for this role are:
* At least 2 years in an HR advisory role
* Very strong NZ legislation experience
* The ability to be self motivated and a self-starter
* Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
