HR Advisor

Job Description

Based on Auckland's North Shore, this amazing organisation is currently looking for a senior level HR Advisor to make their mark in a true generalist HR service delivery role, whilst also being involved in various projects and initiatives.

Working alongside the Regional HR Manager, this position will see you providing generalist HR support to a large workforce based across several locations.

Responsibilities include:

* Risk management
* Employee/Industrial relations
* Health and safety administration
* Remuneration and rewards
* Employee welfare

It is essential that you bring at least 5 years New Zealand based generalist HR experience, solid knowledge of NZ employment legislation, confidence in communicating with people at all levels and be able to demonstrate a high level of resilience.
