About the job:
We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to fulfill our position of Division Manager to lead our existing Corporate Services team. This key role promises to take your Leadership exposure to the next level, and give you the career boost you are chasing.

This role based in our Christchurch office promises to provide you the autonomy to truly make this role your own. You will be responsible for the full 360° recruitment process within the Corporate Services division which may see you recruit across various sectors including; civil and building construction, property, maintenance, manufacturing, industrial and a range of other corporate clients. Stellar is an established brand and has a range of PSAs with top tier clients.

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

Prior experience in agency recruitment to senior level
An ability to develop a high performance team and a strong track record of results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exposure to leading and mentoring teams
A high level of initiative and team work skills
An ability to demonstrate in every way, our Stellar Values; Leadership, Positivity and Greatness.
