BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Job Description

* We see this role being split in the following way -
- New Business Development 50%
- Account Management 30%
- Recruitment / Candidate Care 20%

NEW BUSINESS
- Achieve targets for securing new clients
- Generate revenue from new business
- Develop and implement a Sales plan
- Conduct marketing calls
- Convert calls to Sales visits / new requirements
- Generate leads from various research methods
- Monitor competitor activities

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Build client relationships with existing clients
- Provide outstanding service and delivery to all clients
- Account planning in order to develop new business
- Conduct OHS reviews as requiired
- Regularly review and report on Sales performance and market trends
- Trading terms management

RECRUITMENT / CANDIDATE CARE
- Collect accurate job orders / briefs from clients
- Sell jobs to the candidate and the candidates to the clients
- Maintain contact with candidates / field staff
- Maintain Workplace H&S standards


Must have a good knowledge of HB Businesses.

A proven Business Development background.
