Pumps & Filters Ltd has been Nelsons first choice for water pumps and pump solutions. We design, manufacture, install and maintain a wide range of pumps and filters, from domestic, industrial to marine.
We are seeking an office administrator to join the team at our Vickerman Street office. Your warm personality will align well with our clients-as you will be in contact with our clients via e-mail.
You will be well organised and a super systems person. Your attention to detail will come naturally to you to ensure our invoices are allocated and accounted for correctly. You will manage staff timesheet allocations and generate clear and concise reports to management as and when required. You will be responsible for a large number of monthly debtors: creditors processing and management. Experience with the Accredo accounting software package would be an advantage.
You will have oversight of the stock levels and ensure accurate pricing. Possess the ability to manage your time constructively and are always looking for ways to support the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office
This is a full-time role with some flexibility in start and end times.
