Are you a Head Teacher or an aspiring leader looking for a rewarding new role?

We are seeking qualified, registered ECE teachers who hold a peaceful approach to leadership, to join our team in a day-to-day Team Leader/Head Teacher role, working alongside our Centre Manager.
Ideally this person would have a passion for working with children aged 2-5 years and will be experienced in leading and supporting teams.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, motivated teacher who holds an interest in a Reggio Emilia inspired philosophy (experience in a Reggio inspired Centre is not required), has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is a fantastic team player, has good knowledge of curriculum documents and is confident in their ability to implement this knowledge to support and develop their team, both in practice and through documentation.

• Experience in a leadership or head teacher role is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in a Reggio Emilia inspired centre is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of the 2008 regulations and matters relating to compliance is a required skill.
• You must hold a current practising certificate, NZQA recognised teaching qualification and have valid NZ work visa to apply for this position.
